1. General Notice – Research Use Only
All products supplied by Pure Tides Therapy are intended strictly for laboratory research use only.
They are not designed for human or animal consumption and must not be used to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
By placing an order, you confirm that:
- You are a qualified researcher, laboratory, or research institution.
- You understand the risks associated with handling research chemicals.
- You will use all products exclusively in an appropriate laboratory environment and never for clinical, therapeutic, or personal use.
2. Shipping Information
2.1 Order Processing & Cut-Off Time
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM on business days are typically processed and shipped the same day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM, or on weekends or holidays, will ship the next business day.
- High-volume periods may result in slight processing delays, but we aim to ship all orders as quickly as possible.
2.2 Shipping Regions
Pure Tides Therapy currently does not ship internationally.
Orders are shipped only to the regions displayed at checkout.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that purchasing and receiving research-only products complies with all local laws and regulations.
2.3 Shipping Methods & Carriers
We ship using trusted carriers, including:
- UPS
- USPS
Available delivery methods and estimated transit times are displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be impacted by carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.
2.4 Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
- Delivery destination
- Shipment size and weight
- Chosen shipping method
Occasional promotions such as free or flat-rate shipping may be offered and will be clearly indicated during checkout.
2.5 Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates after the carrier receives the package.
2.6 Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout.
Pure Tides Therapy is not responsible for:
- Delays
- Lost packages
- Failed deliveries
resulting from incomplete or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you need to correct an address, contact us immediately at support@puretidestherapy.com. If the order has not shipped, we will attempt to update the address.
3. Risk of Loss, Damaged, or Missing Shipments
3.1 Risk of Loss
Once a package has been transferred to UPS or USPS, risk of loss passes to the customer.
Pure Tides Therapy is not responsible for:
- Delayed deliveries
- Lost packages
- Stolen parcels
- Damage caused during transit
3.2 Damaged or Missing Items on Delivery
If your package arrives damaged or missing items:
- Keep all packaging materials.
- Take clear photos of:
- The outer box
- The shipping label
- Inner packaging
- Damaged or missing product(s)
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@puretidestherapy.com.
We will review the situation and, at our discretion, may assist with a replacement, partial credit, or carrier claim. Final resolution depends on the specific circumstances and carrier investigation.
4. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
4.1 Research Chemicals – All Sales Generally Final
Due to the sensitive and controlled nature of research peptides:
- All sales are typically final.
- Products cannot be returned after shipment, as storing or handling outside controlled conditions compromises integrity.
We cannot accept returns for:
- Opened or unsealed peptide vials
- Reconstituted or altered products
- Products stored outside recommended conditions
- Unauthorized returns
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers
4.2 Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Products
If you believe you received an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@puretidestherapy.com.
Provide:
- Order number
- Product name
- Description of the issue
- Photos or documentation as required
After evaluation, and at our sole discretion, we may:
- Replace the product
- Issue store credit
- Provide a refund
We may request additional details about how the item was stored or handled to verify integrity issues.
4.3 Returns Authorization
Do not return any products without prior approval.
Unauthorized returns may be refused and will not qualify for refunds or replacements.
If a return is authorized, we will provide instructions and the correct return address.
5. Order Cancellations & Refused Shipments
5.1 Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, email us as soon as possible at support@puretidestherapy.com.
If the order has not been processed or shipped, we will attempt to cancel it.
Orders processed or shipped – especially those placed before the 2:00 PM cut-off – may not be eligible for cancellation.
5.2 Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a shipment is refused or returned due to incorrect address or failure to receive:
- A partial refund may be issued only if the items are returned to us in unopened, resellable condition.
- Shipping costs and carrier return fees will be deducted.
- Temperature-sensitive items may be considered compromised and may not be eligible for refunds.
6. Regulatory & Safety Disclaimer
Products from Pure Tides Therapy are not approved by the FDA or any regulatory authority for human or veterinary use.
They must never be used:
- In humans
- In animals
- In clinical or therapeutic settings
- As drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or food additives
All products must be handled only by trained personnel using appropriate PPE and following institutional protocols and applicable regulations.
