At Pure Tides Therapy, we stand behind the quality of every peptide product we offer. While all products are intended strictly for research and laboratory use, customer satisfaction remains a priority. Please review our updated refund and return guidelines below.
Overview
Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return:
- The product must be unused
- The product must be in its original, sealed condition
- The product must include all original packaging
Because our products are research-grade peptides, we cannot accept returns on any vial that has been opened, unsealed, or tampered with.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to safety, quality control, and regulatory standards, the following items cannot be returned:
- Any peptide products that have been opened or removed from their sealed packaging
- Items that require cold chain handling or temperature-sensitive shipping
- Gift cards
- Digital products
- Health and personal research items that cannot be resold once handled
A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all return requests.
Please do not send any products back to the manufacturer or supplier network. All returns must be processed directly through Pure Tides Therapy.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt and notify you of approval or rejection of the refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Depending on your bank or payment provider, processing times may vary.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund is delayed:
- Recheck your bank account
- Contact your credit card company
- Contact your bank about pending processing
If you have done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, reach out to us at support@puretidestherapy.com.
Sale Items
Sale items, promotional items, discounted bundles, or clearance products are not eligible for refunds.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, a gift credit will be issued once the return is received.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the order was shipped to the gift giver first, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Please note:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- If a refund is issued, return shipping may be deducted
- Temperature-sensitive items should be packed with care to avoid damage
For high-value orders, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
